BIM Modeller – Bentley MEP (London)

About the role

The BIM Modeller will join the Engineering Directorate of the Anthro joint venture to support the delivery of the HS2 gateway station at Old Oak Common. Working on‑site three days a week, you will create and coordinate high‑quality 3D CAD models for MEPHFC systems, ensuring they comply with the project’s BIM Execution Plan and standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering projects from technical design through construction, ensuring compliance with project standards.
• Implement and maintain BIM workflows, liaising with stakeholders and the supply chain.
• Produce detailed 3D CAD models and construction drawings using Bentley ProjectWise, OpenBuilding Designer, and MicroStation.
• Apply clash‑avoidance tools, suppression rules, and internal audits to guarantee model integrity before submission.
• Coordinate with discipline BIM leads, the BIM Coordinator, and the BIM Manager to align model geometry with the Component Catalogue and BIM Execution Plan.

Required profile

• Proven experience in BIM coordination or modelling within large infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of standard BIM methodology and data flow processes.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external partners.
• Attention to quality standards and detail‑oriented approach to model verification.
