BIM Specialist – Remote (UK) – £35k

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Specialist to join a leading SaaS provider serving tier‑one construction firms. The role is fully remote within the UK and offers the chance to work on large‑scale projects, supporting BIM Managers with model configuration and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Take project requirements from senior BIM Managers and populate the Common Data Environment (CDE) with compliant data.
• Prepare and manage BIM deliverables in industry‑standard formats such as IFC and COBie.
• Assist with the implementation of ISO 19650 standards across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with architectural, structural and MEP teams using Revit and Navisworks models.
• Support data formatting and quality control to ensure accurate asset information.

Required profile

• Background in the Architecture, Engineering or Construction (AEC) sector.
• Experience with BIM processes on architecture or MEP projects.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650 and common data environments.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote‑first environment.
