Blaze Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Blaze Supervisor to lead our signature BLAZE boutique studio experience at our Ealing club. You will coordinate the class timetable, social events and ensure programming excellence while supporting members on their health and fitness journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the BLAZE class timetable and associated social events in line with Programming Excellence principles.
• Collaborate with other club departments to ensure smooth operation of the studio.
• Oversee the MYZONE community, generate club reports and conduct health & safety and compliance checks.
• Deliver high‑energy group exercise sessions and inspire members to achieve their fitness goals.

Required profile

• Minimum Level 3 CIMSPA qualification.
• At least 1 year experience teaching group exercise classes.
• Strong passion for health, fitness and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑driven attitude with a positive outlook.
