Block Manager – Full‑time, North West London

About the role
Our client, an independent management company with over 20 years’ experience, is seeking a Block Manager to join their close‑knit team in North West London. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service and managing a portfolio of residential properties.
Key responsibilities
- Full management of an assigned property portfolio.
- Prepare and manage service‑charge budgets.
- Oversee planned maintenance programmes.
- Conduct regular property visits.
- Drive continuous improvement across the portfolio.
Required profile
- Proven experience in block management.
- Strong attention to detail and highly organised.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
- Client‑facing attitude with strong administration skills.
Required skills
- Excellent IT skills.
What we offer
- Competitive salary £34,000‑£38,000 per year.
- Monday‑Friday, 09:00‑17:30 working hours.
