About the role

Join Sytner BMW & MINI Luton as a Brand Expert, the first point of contact for customers visiting the dealership. You will engage visitors, build rapport and generate excitement about the BMW and MINI brands, their accessories and ownership benefits. This full‑time position includes weekend work to ensure the highest level of service.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, initiate conversations and create a positive first impression.
• Promote the unique selling points of BMW and MINI vehicles, accessories and ownership programmes.
• Answer product queries and guide customers through the brand experience.
• Maintain a high standard of customer care in a competitive retail environment.
• Collaborate with sales and service teams to deliver seamless customer journeys.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail or customer‑facing role.
• Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated and eager to expand brand knowledge.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for the automotive sector.
