BMW & MINI Retail Manager – Customer‑Facing Sales Leader

About the role

Sytner Tring is seeking a hands‑on Retail / Business Manager to lead sales on the MINI site while also supporting the BMW team. The role is customer‑facing, focusing on selling finance and insurance products at an elite level and delivering a premium vehicle buying experience.

Key responsibilities

• Engage directly with customers on the sales floor, presenting and selling finance and insurance solutions.
• Drive vehicle deliveries, ensure seamless customer experience, and meet commercial performance targets.
• Coach and mentor Sales Executives through real‑time observation and feedback.
• Maintain high finance penetration and add‑on product performance.
• Work flexible retail hours, including weekends, to support the sales journey.

Required profile

• Proven track record as a high‑performing automotive sales professional.
• Experience in a customer‑facing retail sales role such as Top Performing Sales Executive, Sales Controller, Retail Business Manager, or finance‑focused sales position.
• Demonstrated ability to close deals and present finance/insurance products confidently.
• Comfortable thriving in fast‑paced, time‑pressured retail environments.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of automotive finance and insurance products.
• Strong objection‑handling and conversion techniques.
