About the role

Join Sytner Tring BMW & MINI as a Vehicle Technician, working in a modern, safety‑focused workshop environment. You will service and repair BMW and MINI vehicles, delivering high‑quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive vehicle repairs and servicing for BMW and MINI models.
• Carry out MOT testing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Follow established processes, procedures and safety protocols, using provided PPE.
• Work efficiently within set timescales to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment.

Required profile

• Team‑player comfortable in a fast‑paced, process‑driven setting.
• Qualified Vehicle Technician with an industry‑recognised qualification.
• Motivated, dedicated and highly organised individual.
• Ability to work within given timescales and handle all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
