Bodyshop Advisor – Automotive Customer Service

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Bodyshop Advisor to join a reputable automotive bodyshop in High Wycombe. The role involves managing repair orders, liaising with customers and insurers, and ensuring smooth administrative processes within a busy workshop environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and complete all paperwork for vehicle repair orders accurately.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date and organised database of repair jobs.
• Communicate professionally with customers and insurance companies.
• Manage credit control, track invoices and outstanding debts.
• Ensure high standards of housekeeping and administrative organisation.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a customer‑facing role within a bodyshop or automotive environment.
• Good knowledge of automotive repair processes and customer service best practices.
• Strong communication and organisational abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

What we offer

• Salary up to £32,000 per year, dependent on experience.
• Full‑time, Monday‑Friday 8 am‑5 pm (42.5‑hour week); occasional Saturdays.
