Bodyshop Manager – Performance Bonus & Company Car

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Bodyshop Manager for our Warrington location. You will lead the bodyshop department, ensuring repairs meet the highest standards, customers receive exceptional service, and the business achieves its financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of technicians, painters and estimators.
• Manage workflow to deliver efficient, on‑time repairs.
• Liaise with customers, insurers and accident management companies.
• Oversee estimates, control costs and drive profitability.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines, health & safety regulations and vehicle legislation.
• Maintain quality standards and high customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a bodyshop leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and estimating.
• Excellent people‑management and customer‑focused approach.
• Commercial awareness with ability to manage KPIs.
• Experience working with insurers and accident management firms.
• Full driving licence (maximum six points) and up‑to‑date knowledge of relevant legislation.
• Technical or engineering qualifications; ATA/VDA accreditation is a plus.
