About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join a hospitality and food distribution business based in East Brent, Highbridge. The role is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working on‑site in a busy office environment.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records for the hospitality and food distribution operations.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments using accounting software.
- Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
- Prepare regular financial reports for management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and internal controls.
Required profile
- Significant bookkeeping or accounting experience within a hospitality, restaurant, or food‑distribution setting.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Required skills
- Xero accounting software
