Boutique Sales Associate – Retail Beauty

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Boutique Sales Associate to join our flagship store in London. You will be the face of the brand, delivering exceptional customer service while driving sales and promoting our skincare and cosmetics range.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve daily sales targets and deliver a consistent, high‑quality customer experience.
• Promote store promotions, capture customer emails and provide product information.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, ensuring the sales floor, cash wrap and back‑room are tidy and organized.
• Maintain visual standards by executing merchandising directives and adhering to loss‑prevention policies.
• Support in‑store events and collaborate with retail and office teams.

Required profile

• Full availability for retail hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Minimum high school education or equivalent.
• 1–3 years of retail experience, preferably in beauty or cosmetics.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products and a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
