Branch Assistant – Night Shift

About the role

Booker is seeking enthusiastic night‑time team members to join our store as Branch Assistants. You will work as part of a vibrant night crew, delivering excellent customer service and ensuring the store runs smoothly during the evening hours.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly and ensure their needs are exceeded.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves and organising merchandise.
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Receive and process deliveries, including picking and organising items.
• Collaborate with teammates to keep the night shift efficient and safe.

Required profile

• Positive, can‑do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile.
• Strong team ethic and reliability, as you will both rely on and be relied upon by colleagues.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
