About the role
We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a well‑respected plumbers merchant in South Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for driving sales, profitability and overall performance of the branch.
Key responsibilities
- Take overall responsibility for all aspects of the branch, including sales and operations.
- Develop and execute business‑development activities to maximise sales and profitability.
- Manage stock control, negotiation with suppliers and account management.
- Lead, coach and grow a high‑performing team.
- Meet and exceed challenging sales targets.
Required profile
- Current experience as a Branch Manager within the construction supplies sector.
- Proven track record of growing and sustaining a profitable operation.
- Knowledge of plumbing supplies is desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and strong sales drive.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.

- Salary £42,000 – £50,000 (DOE)
