About the role

Join Barnard Marcus, part of the Connells Group, as a Branch Manager for the Earls Court office. You will lead a residential sales team, driving performance, growth, and exceptional customer experiences in one of the UK’s leading estate agency groups.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s sales performance and growth.
• Motivate, coach, and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, building strong local relationships.
• Ensure a culture of professionalism, progression, and success.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales targets.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Full UK driving licence.

• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Numeracy and attention to detail.
