Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Lewisham residential sales team at Mann, part of the Connells Group. You will own the performance and growth of the branch, inspire a high‑performing team and ensure exceptional customer experiences across the property journey.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales results by setting targets, monitoring performance and implementing growth strategies.
• Coach, mentor and develop agents, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Oversee property valuations, listings and negotiations to maximise client satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, developers and the community.
• Manage day‑to‑day branch operations, ensuring compliance and professional standards.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets and deliver commercial results.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
