Branch Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Branch Manager to lead our Cambridge residential sales team. You will be responsible for driving growth, delivering exceptional customer experiences and shaping the branch’s culture of professionalism and progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and coach a high‑performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Oversee property valuations, listings and the full sales cycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local clients, partners and the community.
• Monitor branch performance, analyse results and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
