Branch Manager

About the role

We are launching a brand‑new estate agency branch in Stoke Newington and need an experienced Branch Manager to lead it from day one. You will shape the office, build a high‑performing sales and lettings team and drive revenue across all property services.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, train and lead a sales and lettings team to exceed targets.
• Win new business through valuations, business development and strong networking.
• Develop and maintain relationships with homeowners, landlords, developers and investors.
• Drive revenue across sales, lettings and ancillary services.
• Coach, mentor and motivate staff, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Design and execute local marketing initiatives to raise the branch’s profile.
• Monitor KPIs, pipeline and profitability, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the property journey.
• Establish the branch as the recognised property expert in the Stoke Newington market.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager or Senior Valuer ready to step up.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and growing market share.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Stoke Newington and surrounding property market.
• Strong leadership with a passion for developing successful teams.
• Excellent business development and networking abilities.
• Commercially driven and highly motivated by results.
