Branch Manager – New Malden Depot

About the role
Our client, an established home improvement specialist, is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the New Malden depot. You will oversee daily operations, manage a small team and ensure high‑quality customer service while driving growth.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the day‑to‑day running of the New Malden branch.
- Manage and support a small team of staff.
- Handle customer enquiries, sales and order processing.
- Coordinate installations and overall branch operations.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Monitor stock levels and delivered goods.
- Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as required.
Required profile
- Previous management, supervisory or team‑leadership experience.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Confident when dealing with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
- Sales‑focused with a proactive attitude.
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 points).
Required skills
- Proficiency with email.
- Microsoft Office suite.
- Experience using order management systems.
