Branch Manager – Residential Sales

About the role

Join Stratton Creber, part of the Connells Group, as the Branch Manager for our Bodmin office. You will lead a residential sales team, driving performance, growth and exceptional customer experiences in a thriving property market.

Key responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the branch’s sales performance and growth.
• Motivate, coach and develop a high‑performing residential sales team.
• Value and list properties, build strong local relationships and maintain professional standards.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Monitor targets, analyse results and implement strategies to exceed sales goals.

Required profile

• Proven leadership or management experience within an estate agency.
• Strong people‑leadership skills with a passion for coaching.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Customer‑focused, resilient, organised and commercially minded.
• Full UK driving licence.
