Branch Sales Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Branch Sales Manager to lead our residential sales office in Hawkhurst. This permanent position offers the chance to grow into a directorship or partnership and is ideal for a property professional who aspires to own a local agency.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the branch team to exceed sales targets.
• Generate new business through valuations, networking, referrals and proactive prospecting.
• Conduct market appraisals and convert opportunities into property instructions.
• Oversee residential sales from instruction through to completion, ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
• Build and maintain relationships with buyers, vendors, solicitors and other stakeholders.
• Monitor branch performance, ensure compliance with industry legislation and implement growth strategies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Branch Sales Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales Negotiator in residential estate agency.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving and surpassing sales targets.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
