Brand Ambassador – Part‑time Field Role

About the role

Join REL Field Marketing as a Brand Ambassador representing Mondelez’s iconic brands across Ormskirk and surrounding areas. This part‑time, field‑based position involves 24 hours per week of hands‑on merchandising, relationship building and promotional execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with store managers and retail staff to secure support for displays and promotions.
• Implement planograms, build eye‑catching in‑store displays and ensure product availability.
• Monitor compliance with promotional standards and identify opportunities to improve shelf visibility.
• Gather store insights to drive sales and meet territory objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in merchandising, retail or a customer‑facing field role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proactive, independent work style with a focus on results.
• Commercial awareness and a passion for delivering great in‑store experiences.
