Brand Ambassador & Trainer – Retail Support

About the role

The Brand Ambassador/Trainer will be the face of ZAGG in the Midlands, delivering a world‑class experience to retail partners. You will support sales across the UK region by visiting stores, providing training, and ensuring product knowledge and merchandising standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Provide onsite support to retail staff and distributor partners.
• Develop and maintain deep technical knowledge of ZAGG products and the competitive landscape.
• Build professional relationships with retail employees in the assigned territory.
• Deliver regular product training and improve store‑level knowledge.
• Audit in‑store merchandising compliance and confirm marketing initiatives.
• Monitor stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure products are well‑stocked.
• Schedule and conduct training sessions with store managers.
• Identify and submit weekly retailer training opportunities.
• Complete and submit store‑visit reports via the field‑management application.
• Proactively identify process improvements and work with internal teams to resolve product issues.
