Brand Educator & Trainer – London

About the role

Germaine De Capuccini is expanding its UK training team and seeks a dynamic Brand Educator & Trainer to join the London Bridge facility. You will deliver high‑quality skincare training to partners and staff across London, the South and the Midlands, while representing the brand at events and with VIP clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop an in‑depth knowledge of the Germaine de Capuccini brand, products and rituals.
• Deliver face‑to‑face and virtual training sessions for partners, spa staff and sales teams.
• Promote sales techniques and luxury treatment experiences during training.
• Produce online learning content and social‑media training material when required.
• Maintain daily calendars, expense and training reports, and ensure treatment hygiene standards.
• Support the sales team with luxury treatment demonstrations for prospective accounts.
• Act as a brand ambassador at customer and industry events.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience as a therapist or trainer in the beauty/spa sector.
• Qualified face and body therapist (NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent).
• Strong retail background and ability to travel with overnight stays.
• Clean UK driving licence.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, adaptable to diverse learning styles.
