Brand & Growth Manager – Marketing & Content

About the role

We are looking for a Brand & Growth Manager to shape the future of Portfolio Hospitality Group. Working directly with the Founder & Managing Director, you will drive commercial growth through storytelling, premium content and data‑driven marketing across our restaurant, bar, events, retail and online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Guard the Portfolio brand across all touchpoints, ensuring consistent visual and verbal identity.
• Design and execute campaigns that increase restaurant reservations, bar footfall, events, corporate bookings, gift voucher sales, wholesale accounts, retail sales and online revenue.
• Plan, create and publish premium photography, videography, short‑form video and behind‑the‑scenes content that inspires guests.
• Manage communication channels including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, the website, email newsletters and Google Business Profile.
• Develop PR and partnership relationships with journalists, influencers, hospitality publications and luxury lifestyle media.
• Oversee digital advertising on Meta platforms and Google, continuously optimizing performance and ROI.

Required profile

• Proven experience in brand management and growth marketing within hospitality or a related consumer‑facing sector.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to measure results and adjust tactics.
• Excellent storytelling ability and a keen eye for visual content.
• Collaborative attitude, comfortable working with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
