Brand Manager – Luxury Spirits (Permanent)

About the role

Join a pioneering luxury spirits organisation as a Brand Manager. Based in London with hybrid flexibility, you will work closely with the Group Head of Brand to strengthen market presence and drive consumer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Group Head of Brand on strategy, planning and execution of campaigns and product launches.
• Manage the marketing calendar to align all divisions and support long‑term strategies.
• Support the Senior Graphic Designer in creating digital and print assets that follow brand guidelines.
• Work with Procurement to oversee production of POS, collateral and packaging.
• Produce visual assets and messaging in partnership with creative teams.
• Manage agency relationships and assist with budget tracking and finance tasks.
• Conduct market research and share insights to inform strategic direction.
• Lead the internal company newsletter and maintain brand guidelines.
• Keep departmental systems organised and support ad‑hoc special projects.

Required profile

• Extensive brand‑management experience, preferably in luxury spirits or premium drinks.
• Strong understanding of luxury brand positioning and consumer psychology.
• Proven track record in brand‑building, campaign management and strategic planning.
• Exceptional project‑management ability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for the spirits industry and awareness of product trends.
