About the role

As a Brand Partnerships Manager within TikTok’s Retail – Lifestyle team, you will drive long‑term collaborations with world‑leading brands, shaping how they tell their stories on the platform. You’ll combine strategic insight with performance‑focused marketing to unlock growth and cultural relevance for advertisers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand full‑funnel marketing and product strategies across a portfolio of retail and lifestyle brands.
• Lead local and multi‑market client and agency relationships, championing TikTok’s ad products and creative solutions.
• Engage C‑suite stakeholders to build trusted partnerships and drive revenue growth.
• Monitor campaign performance and market trends, delivering data‑driven insights for continuous improvement.
• Shape TikTok’s external narrative through thought leadership and proactive client engagement.
• Provide education on platform trends, creative excellence, and performance strategies.
• Collaborate with Client Solutions, Marketing Science, Product, and Creative Operations to deliver best‑in‑class service.

Required profile

• Experience in media sales, agency leadership, or performance marketing within digital, social, or brand partnerships.
• Proven track record managing client and agency relationships, including C‑suite engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed commercial goals in partnership with cross‑functional teams.
• Analytical and strategic thinker with a solutions‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Collaborative, entrepreneurial, and culturally curious.
• Solid understanding of advertiser tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
