Brand Sponsored Partner, Polo Ralph Lauren Women's

About the role

As a Brand Sponsored Partner for the Polo Ralph Lauren women's range at the Peter Jones store in London, you will work with colleagues and the Brand and Team Manager to generate sales and improve the customer experience. You will also deliver shop standards through displays, stock availability and general cleanliness. The role is permanent, pays £14.55 (rising to £14.80 after 90 days), and involves varied hours of full-time work (37.5 hours) across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent, market-leading customer experiences and put the customer at the heart of everything.
• Proactively acknowledge customers, identify their needs and expectations, resolve queries and complaints, and ensure they can engage with the John Lewis brand and the supported brand through personalised and social marketing.
• Keep track of best sellers and sales performance to help drive promotions and newness such as seasonal changes.
• Help create and support marketing events to drive footfall and secure new customers.
• Offer ideas for continuous improvement to maximise productivity.

Required profile

• Basic IT literacy.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is welcomed but not essential, as training is provided.
