Brand Training Lead – QSR (UK)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Brand Training Lead to build and scale the people function for a fast‑growing quick‑service restaurant (QSR) brand across the UK. You will design, deliver and continuously improve training programmes that support rapid store expansion while maintaining high standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver the full New Store Opening (NSO) training programme for every new site, including on‑site coaching during opening weeks.
• Create crew, Shift Leader, Assistant Store Manager and General Manager development pathways from scratch with clear milestones.
• Design and run a Certified In‑Store Trainer programme to accredit high‑potential crew for day‑to‑day onboarding.
• Blend digital learning modules with practical in‑store facilitation to ensure consistent learning experiences.
• Develop training content such as workbooks, digital modules, assessments and facilitation guides.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in L&D, brand training or training management within QSR, fast‑casual or multi‑site hospitality.
• Proven hands‑on NSO delivery experience, having been on the ground for new store openings.
• Commercially minded and self‑directed, able to manage workload without extensive supervision.
• Bonus: franchise training experience, Level 3 AET qualification or exposure to apprenticeship levy programmes.

• Salary £50,000 – £62,000 per year, dependent on experience.
