Breakfast Chef – Daytime Role in Brookmans Park

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Breakfast Chef to join our independent kitchen in Brookmans Park. The role offers daytime hours only, with no night shifts, allowing a strong work‑life balance while creating high‑quality breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook fresh breakfast, brunch and lunch menus using seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and creative plating.
• Contribute ideas for new menu items, daily specials and menu evolution.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and HACCP regulations.
• Work efficiently within a small, supportive kitchen team.
• Help deliver a consistently excellent guest experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in fresh‑food kitchens, preferably with breakfast, brunch or café‑style menus.
• Friendly, positive team player with a no‑ego attitude.
• Passion for seasonal ingredients and high‑quality cooking.
• Strong attention to detail in presentation and plating.

Required skills

• HACCP knowledge and food safety compliance.
