Breakfast Club & After School Club Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic individual to join our Wrap Around Care team at an infant school in Weybridge. You will support children before and after the school day, creating a safe and stimulating environment for them to relax, play and learn.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise children during Breakfast Club (8:00‑8:50 am) and After‑School Club (3:00‑6:00 pm).
• Create a safe, welcoming environment where children can engage in age‑appropriate activities.
• Monitor arrival and departure, maintaining accurate attendance records.
• Assist with snack distribution and basic hygiene routines.
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff to align activities with the school’s wellbeing policies.

Required profile

• Experience working with young children (e.g., teaching assistant, nursery, babysitting).
• Warm, caring, enthusiastic and patient demeanor.
• Reliable, professional and able to build rapport quickly.
• Positive team player who can also work independently when required.
