Breakfast Food & Beverage Team Member

About the role

Join the team at Ibis London Blackfriars and deliver a welcoming breakfast experience to our guests. This part‑time position offers flexible hours, starting at a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of additional shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, present the menu and make suggestions.
• Answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take orders and transmit them to the kitchen via the POS system.
• Serve meals and ensure high‑quality service in the breakfast area.
• Handle reservations and serve take‑out counter customers.
• Apply health and safety regulations, maintain equipment guidelines, and keep the work area clean.

Required profile

• Fully flexible availability, able to work evenings and weekends.
• Fast‑paced, friendly and able to build rapport quickly.
• Positive attitude with a focus on quality service.

Required skills

• POS system operation.
