Bridging Solicitor (5PQE) – Hybrid Working & Progression

About the role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced secured lending solicitor (5PQE) to join a modern, young firm in Cheadle Hulme. You will work closely with the Managing Partner, acting as second‑in‑command, and help shape the firm’s secured lending offering while enjoying a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of secured lending matters, representing lenders from instruction to completion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and lenders.
• Work independently on cases while collaborating with senior leadership.
• Contribute to the development and growth of the secured lending team.

Required profile

• 5 years post‑qualification experience (5PQE) in secured lending or property finance.
• Proven experience acting for lenders on secured lending transactions.
• Ability to work autonomously and deliver high‑quality legal advice.
• Strong communication and client‑relationship skills.
