Broker Sales Executive – French Speaking

About the role

The Broker Sales Executive will drive profitable growth within Cigna's broker channel by managing existing relationships and developing new business opportunities. Reporting to the Broker Sales Manager, you will work closely with brokers to expand market penetration and support the company's commercial objectives. This role is ideal for a results‑oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, purpose‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and revenue objectives.
• Develop and manage relationships with assigned broker partners to maximise new business and account growth.
• Conduct proactive outbound calls and virtual meetings to generate pipeline and drive business development.
• Build and execute account plans to strengthen broker engagement and increase market share.
• Identify cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities for Cigna products within existing broker relationships.
• Support broker acquisition activities and cultivate relationships with prospective partners.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Underwriting, Client Management, Operations) to deliver an exceptional broker and customer experience.
• Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity records.

Required profile

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a broker or channel sales environment.
• Strong relationship‑building and account management skills.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to analyse market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
