Buddy – Team Support & Training

About the role

The Buddy role at Nando's is a full‑time position focused on supporting and developing our restaurant team. You will help new and existing staff create memorable experiences for customers while embodying Nando's standards and values.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house duties as required.
• Assist the manager in recruiting new team members, overseeing trial shifts and providing feedback.
• Induct and welcome new staff, ensuring they complete all mandatory training and e‑learning.
• Train existing team members and monitor completion of compliance standards.
• Act as a role model by demonstrating high standards, living the Nando's Compass and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Provide support, encouragement, challenge and constructive feedback to all team members.
