Building Maintenance Technician – 4 on 4 off shifts

About the role

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join a leading facilities management business in Watford. You will work a 4‑on‑4‑off shift pattern, delivering hands‑on maintenance and repair across the building fabric and spa areas.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and repair the building fabric, ensuring structural integrity and aesthetic standards.
• Carry out routine upkeep of spa facilities, including mechanical and electrical components.
• Perform Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) tasks and conduct regular site inspections.
• Respond to urgent breakdowns and carry out corrective actions as required.

Required profile

• Background in facilities or building maintenance, preferably within a hotel or spa environment.
• Willingness to work 12‑hour shifts on a 4‑on‑4‑off roster.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality workmanship and safety standards.
