Building Services Manager – 12-Month Contract (Norfolk)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to lead the delivery of MEP services on a 12‑month contract across multiple life‑science and healthcare projects in Norfolk. The role is site‑based and requires strong technical oversight of mechanical, electrical and public health systems.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full package of MEP disciplines, ensuring coordination between mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Review and verify compliance of drawings, specifications and technical submissions.
• Collaborate with structural and architectural teams to integrate MEP services.
• Serve as the primary client contact for all MEP‑related matters.
• Conduct compliance and quality inspections of installed works.
• Oversee commissioning, demonstrations, hand‑over and training processes.
• Provide commercial support, including input on MEP valuations and variations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in building services or MEP management, preferably on life‑science or healthcare projects.
• Balanced technical knowledge across mechanical, electrical and public health services.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work effectively on‑site.
