About the role
We are seeking a Building Services Manager to join our Build Team in London. The role is full‑time and permanent, offering flexible hours and the possibility to work remotely with occasional visits to the office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the selection process for specialist sub‑contractors from our trusted supply chain.
- Oversee commissioning and ensure compliance of as‑built and maintenance documentation.
- Compile and present summary reports to the Technical Director on project supervision.
- Review technical sub‑mittals from sub‑contractors with meticulous attention to detail.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee installation quality meets our high standards.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a building services management role within a main contracting environment.
- Experience managing specialist sub‑contract partners, preferably on Department for Education projects.
- Track record delivering large building services packages valued at £5 million or more.
- Strong collaborative and communication abilities.
- Commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
