Building Surveyor – Commercial & Residential

About the role

We are seeking a Building Surveyor to join a rapidly growing property servicing group in Bicester. The role combines on‑site inspections across Oxfordshire with office‑based reporting, offering a balanced mix of field work and client liaison.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct residential and commercial building surveys on site.
• Inspect construction work for safety, functionality and compliance.
• Prepare detailed survey reports, risk assessments and documentation.
• Liaise with clients and internal teams to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Maintain up‑to‑date records and support chartership progression.

Required profile

• Qualified Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Willingness to commute to the Bicester office and various Oxfordshire sites.
• Experience in both commercial and residential projects.
• Commitment to professional development and CPD.
