Building Surveyor – Construction (Bicester)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Building Surveyor from the construction sector to join a fast‑growing property servicing group. The role is based in Bicester with regular travel to construction sites across Oxfordshire, offering CPD, chartership support and a competitive remuneration package.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site surveys of residential and commercial projects, inspecting building work for safety and functionality.
• Prepare detailed reports, risk assessments and other documentation in the office.
• Liaise with clients to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with building regulations.
• Split time between the Bicester office and various Oxfordshire sites.

Required profile

• Qualified Building Surveyor or Chartered Building Surveyor.
• Experience in construction‑based surveying, both residential and commercial.
• Willingness to commute to the Bicester office and travel to sites across Oxfordshire.
• Desire for professional development and chartership support.
