Building Surveyor – Hybrid Role in Essex

About the role

Join a market‑leading multi‑disciplinary construction consultancy as a Building Surveyor based in the central Essex office. The role offers a hybrid working model and exposure to a diverse portfolio of commercial, healthcare, education, residential and local authority projects.

Key responsibilities

• Produce specification documents and manage contract administration.
• Carry out dilapidations, building surveys and condition surveys.
• Support project teams on both residential and commercial assignments.
• Assist with the preparation of reports and recommendations for clients.

Required profile

• RICS‑accredited Building Surveying degree.
• Willingness to complete APC or already chartered.
• Experience on residential and commercial projects is preferred.
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes.
