Bus Driver – Brighton (Full‑time)

About the role

Compass Travel is seeking reliable bus drivers for its Brighton depot. The role involves operating passenger buses on a rotating schedule, covering early‑morning, late‑evening and weekend shifts. You will join a supportive team that values professionalism and punctuality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive assigned routes safely and on time, adhering to all traffic regulations.
• Provide courteous service to passengers, assisting with boarding and alighting.
• Complete required paperwork and log entries after each shift.
• Participate in scheduled training and safety briefings.

Required profile

• Full PCV (Category D) licence with relevant driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC card.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Ability to commute to the Brighton depot.

Required skills

• Safe operation of passenger vehicles.
• Knowledge of CPC regulations.

What we offer

• Hourly pay ranging from £14.80 to £17.80, with higher rates for evenings, Sundays and bank holidays.
