Bus Driver Trainer Assessor (Trainee or Qualified)

About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Bus Driver Trainer Assessor. The role can be taken on as a trainee or by a qualified professional, with full training provided to achieve the Trainer/Assessor award. You will work on a hybrid basis, travelling between home and site as required.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver and assess Apprenticeship Standards for Passenger Transport Services (Level 2).
- Record professional discussions, conduct field‑based assessments and classroom training.
- Manage your diary to ensure timely visits, reviews and documentation of learner progress.
- Adapt delivery methods to overcome barriers and meet learner needs.
Required profile
- Valid PCV and CPC licences.
- Minimum two years experience as a bus driver.
- Experience training or mentoring other bus drivers on‑the‑job.
- Full, clean UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.

- Salary of £30,000 per year.
