Bus Driver – Worthing (Full‑time, £14.80/hr)

About the role

Compass Travel is seeking reliable bus drivers for its Worthing depot. You will operate scheduled services Monday to Saturday, delivering safe and punctual transport for passengers across the South East.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a PCV (Category D) bus on assigned routes, adhering to timetables.
• Conduct pre‑journey safety checks and report any vehicle issues.
• Provide courteous, customer‑focused service to passengers.
• Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel usage and any incidents.
• Comply with all road traffic regulations and company policies.

Required profile

• Full PCV (Category D) licence with relevant driving experience.
• Valid Driver CPC card.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to commute to the Worthing depot.
