Business Account Manager – Discount Retailers

About the role

KP Snacks is seeking a Business Account Manager to lead the Discount Retailers channel from its Slough head office. You will own a £15m+ portfolio, driving revenue, volume and margin while building insight‑led customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Full commercial accountability for a £15m+ account portfolio, including forecasting, pricing and trade investment.
• Develop, negotiate and deliver Joint Business Plans that create mutual growth.
• Build trusted partnerships with head‑office buyers and shape long‑term strategies.
• Create and execute account strategies aligned to KP Snacks’ brand portfolio.
• Identify and act on insight‑led growth opportunities using shopper, category, EPOS and commercial data.

Required profile

• Proven track record of delivering revenue, volume and margin targets.
• Experience managing large account portfolios within the discount retail sector.
• Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable plans.
