About the role

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, business leaders and key partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned market.
• Create and execute business development plans aligned with wider company objectives.
• Monitor market trends, spot growth areas and keep the pipeline prioritised.
• Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and deliver optimal outcomes.
• Uphold a culture of excellent, customer‑focused service while complying with all policies and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management or business development, preferably within professional or financial services.
• Strong relationship‑building and networking abilities.
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage a personal pipeline.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
