Business Analyst – Business Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead analysis activities within complex organisational and transformation projects. The role will be based in Chicksands with regular travel to Central Bedfordshire sites, combining remote work with on‑site collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis initiatives across transformation programmes.
• Engage stakeholders, facilitate workshops and influence decision‑making at all levels.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and develop value‑driven solutions.
• Gather and translate business requirements into clear specifications and documentation.
• Conduct options appraisals, cost‑benefit analyses and support evidence‑based investment decisions.
• Collaborate with service teams, project managers, technical specialists and external suppliers to deliver change.

Required profile

• Accredited Business Analyst with proven experience in complex organisational environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Commercial and strategic thinking with ability to assess options and benefits.
• Collaborative, delivery‑focused attitude.
