Business Analyst – Deposit Return Scheme Transformation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a major transformation programme focused on the UK Deposit Return Scheme. The role will be based in South East England with a hybrid working model, supporting system changes and process re‑configuration to align technology with programme objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements for system and process changes.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment across the programme.
• Analyse current retail, hospitality and supply‑chain processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Support the design, testing and implementation of new system configurations.
• Maintain clear traceability of requirements through to delivery and post‑implementation review.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on business or systems change programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements‑gathering abilities.
• Background in retail or hospitality environments is preferred.
• Essential experience within supply‑chain or logistics contexts.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a larger programme team.
