Business Analyst - Digital Health / HealthTech

About the role

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join a leading biotech company that leverages large‑scale genetic data and AI to predict disease risk and drive precision healthcare. The role is a 6‑month contract, offering hybrid or remote working, and focuses on shaping multiple digital health products.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business, operational, technical and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, functional specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Support delivery of interconnected digital products and ensure a consistent end‑to‑end user journey.
• Identify project dependencies, risks and impacts across concurrent workstreams.
• Collaborate with product teams on discovery, backlog refinement, prioritisation and delivery planning.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders to enable informed decision‑making.
• Review existing processes and create future‑state process maps to improve efficiency.
• Assist Agile delivery, development activities and user acceptance testing.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related analytical role.
• Background in complex digital or multi‑product environments, preferably within healthcare, clinical research, life sciences or another regulated sector.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, able to engage both technical and non‑technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to balance multiple priorities and translate ambiguous requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience with customer‑facing or participant‑facing digital platforms and an understanding of end‑to‑end journeys, workflow optimisation and service design.
