Business Analyst – Drive Operational Efficiencies

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead end‑to‑end business solutions across a transformation programme, from service design through digital transformation, within the Property & Associated Technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Drive business goals, ensuring they are understood, documented and aligned with delivery plans.
• Conduct robust analysis, stakeholder engagement and requirement gathering, including elicitation and validation.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications in collaboration with internal and external parties.
• Improve existing business processes and produce artefacts to support solutions.
• Provide solution support, lead user acceptance testing and assess change impact.

Required profile

• Proven commercial experience working independently as a Business Analyst.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirement elicitation abilities.
• Experience in business process mapping and capturing user stories.
• Proficiency with analysis techniques such as SWOT, PESTLE, MoSCoW.
• Formal Business Analysis certification (e.g., BCS Foundation) or progress towards a comparable diploma.
• Excellent problem‑solving, attention to detail, self‑motivation and interpersonal skills.
