Business Analyst

About the role

As a Business Analyst at MACH, you will serve as the critical bridge between financial‑services clients and software development teams. You will elicit, analyse, and translate complex business requirements—especially around digital assets, tokenisation, and market infrastructure—into clear user stories and functional specifications that drive delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with clients to elicit, challenge, and validate business needs across digital‑asset and financial‑services use cases.
• Translate business requirements into well‑structured user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications for Agile teams.
• Document current‑state processes and verify accuracy with stakeholders before baseline sign‑off.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and design future‑state operating models for digital‑asset adoption.
• Act as the client‑side voice throughout development, managing scope and ensuring alignment with original intent.
• Support and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and deliver training, presentations and demos of MACH’s software.

Required profile

• Fin‑Tech, consulting or client‑facing experience within financial services, preferably in capital markets, post‑trade or digital assets.
• Strong understanding of market infrastructure such as trading, clearing, settlement, custody or tokenisation workflows.
• Proven ability to write high‑quality user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications.
• Excellent client relationship skills with a track record of building trust across technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
